How SARS Officers ‘Entered’ “One Chance” In Lagos

Six officers of the Special Anti-robbery Squad, SARS, were said to have been dealt with by some officers of the military force after invading their compound to arrest.

In what has been an atmosphere of fun to Twitter readers based on their reactions, the SARS officers got tips on the lifestyle of the inhabitants who has luxury of cars and reportedly living in Ikotun area of Lagos.

Upon arrival at the compound, the residents could not notice the presence of SARS due to loud music and when one eventually came out, he was nabbed by them and given the beating of his life only to have escaped and ran back into the compound.

An elderly man, who is the father of the four men and a woman then locked the gate and introduced them all viz:

  1. Major General Akinpelu Olopade (dad)
  2. Captain Olakunle Olopade (son)
  3. Lieutenant Olúwafemi Olopade (son)
  4. Flying officer Olayinka Olopade (son)
  5. DSP Funmilayo Olopade

These men then disarmed the SARS officers and handcuffed them to the gates then return them with several beatings and also invited the informant – a landlord living close-by who also had his share of the beatings.

They were all then moved by the Military Police.

The author, @otunbakush1, also informed that he was warned not to share images of the story by the Military Officers after one of them stumbled on the story on Twitter.
