The Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, has initiated immediate sanctions on the patrol team involved in a trending video with a motorist during enforcement of stay at home order.
Thus was revealed in a thread via twitter from the Corps Commander Public Education Officer, Bisi Kazeem.

The FRSC Personnel were involved in the trending video with employees of AIT in Abuja.
Bisi Kazeem noted that the action of the officers involved in the video is completely contrary to the core values and operational ethics of the Corps.
The event happened on Wednesday when employees of AIT were pursued by a patrol truck belonging to the FRSC.
The video also revealed an officer of the Corps laying on the bonnet of a red car in which the AIT staff were in holding tightly to the vehicle as the driver, a lady, throttle up.
Also the Corps’ colleague who was in the patrol truck was later seen angrily tearing down the number plate of the lady when the vehicle stopped and some cursing from the officer as he also threatens to slap the lady.
The FRSC, however, pleads with the public to remain calm and comply with all directives on stay at home and social distance and ensure that they cooperate with security operatives detailed to enforce the Presidential Orders.
