A former Minister of Education, Oby Ezekwesili, through her lawyers, Falana and Falana Chambers, has written a letter to social commentator, Japheth Omojuwa, demanding a public explanation and apology from him for enlisting her as one of the directors of his company, Alpha Reach, without her consent and approval.
On the strange matter of being listed as a director of Alpha Reach @cacnigeria1 , here’s the letter of my lawyers, Falana and Falana Chambers to @Omojuwa for explanation and public apology. The lawyers have also requested information from CAC on this anomaly. ✍🏾 pic.twitter.com/zw9tHaeel0

According to the letter, the person who initially contacted her later forwarded a document from the Corporate Affairs Commission CAC showing her name listed as one of the directors of the company which later turned out to be owned by Omojuwa.
Plenty thanks to @RMAjayi a researcher working on joint investigation with @BussfeedNews for bringing this strange matter to my awareness.
I find it extremely strange that my name could be listed @cacnigeria1 in 2012 without any consent and documentation of any kind. Na waaa.
