Dutch Nigeria-born Arnaut Danjuma scored the soletary goal as he inspired Spanish Giants, Villarreal to a victory over Bayern Munich.

Danjuma has now scored six times in nine games in the Champions League this season to be the team’s top scorer.

The Lagos-born winger is reportedly attracting interests from Liverpool as they see him as a natural replacement for Sadio Mané and may even wait until 2023 to make their move.

With the loss, Bayern have now lost away in the UEFA Champions League for the first time since 2017.
