Lekki “Big” School Student Attacks Fellow Student For Being Appointed Prefect In His Stead When He Was Relieved

A big school in Lekki has once again come under the radar for one of the unpleasant news over the behaviour of one of their students.

According to a Twitter user, SirJarus, his 8 year old boy was nominated for Sports Prefect but lost the election.

At the beginning of a new term, the pupil that won misbehaved and was relieved of his position according to the school’s rules and his boy was made the Sports Prefect.

The suspended boy then came to school the next day with a metal and cornered his boy about to hit him on the head when a teacher saw them and boy ran away.

An object was then found with the suspended boy leading to him been suspended by the school and then apologising to his wife.

SirJarus’ wife managed the incident with the school and told him days after the incident because she knew his reaction at that time may not be comfortable.

A puzzled SirJarus then wondered how a Primary 5 boy could think of injuring another because he was relieved of his.

How can a primary 5 boy think of injuring another pupil just because he was relieved of a position? Not even in hardened public schools in our generation did this happen!

Not even in trenches did primary school children behaved this way in our generation.

In a similar case, another responder to the post narrated how his cousin’s daughter was almost killed when the classmate threw away the water in her water bottle and replaced it with acid.

Fortunately for the daughter, another classmate saw him do it and informed the girl. The boy was then expelled and his cousin withdrew her kid from the school.

The girl’s father however decided against taking the school to court. This is another prestigious school in Lekki area of Lagos.
