LASU Management Apologises for Varsity Shutdown

The Lagos State University, LASU, has apologized for shutting down the institute of learning.
The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Olanrewaju Adigun Fagbohun, SAN, in a press statement released through the university spokesperson, Ademola Adekoya, tendered the apology to stakeholders and the general public for the closure of the University main campus, Ojo on Saturday, 16th November, 2019.
The closure denied some individuals from gaining access into the University premises.
The University was shut down following the security reports received by the University on Friday evening preceding the election of officers for the NANS South West zone.
The university management however  said they were unaware of the inconveniences caused as a result of the shut down.
The management also reiterates their commitment to the safety of lives and properties of all stakeholders and the general public on the campus.
