With the recent photos of Nigerian born British boxer, Anthony Joshua, at the office of the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) Office where he enrolled for the national identity card and Nigerians have reacted.

The agency had shared the world heavyweight champion thumb printing and also issued his NIN slip almost immediately after completing the process.
Victor Owo while reacting said “all animals are equal. Some animals are more equal than the others. Shame on you people for this.”
“A VIP gets his in a few minutes. People have registered since 2014 and are yet to get a slip 6 years after. Shame on you NIMC.”
Same was echoed by Latifah Adebayo Ohio who said she has been waiting for hers since 2014.
Quite funny was one user, @Queenrudy, who has not picked up hers but was notified that the card has expired since December 2019.
