Sowore Released on Bail After Court Order

The owner and initiator of #RevolutionNow, Omoyele Sowore has been released after the Federal High Court in Abuja ordered his release within 24 Hours and ordered the DSS to pay him ₦100,000 for detaining him illegally.
“You cannot have a parallel court,” Justice Ojukwu told the DSS over Sowore’s continued detention.
She also lambasted the DSS for asking the sureties of detained human rights activists, Omoyele Sowore and Olawale Bakare.
