Seyitan Babatayo, Released after Rape Allegation on D Banj

Seyitan Babatayo, the lady who accused D Banj of raping her at Glee Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos in 2008 has been released.
O’News gathered that she was picked up by the police earlier today and detained.
It is also reported that D Banj, through his lawyers are asking for a compensation of ₦100 million for the false accusation and a public apology.
Earlier in the day, there was a fund raising for Seyitan on social media for her bail after reports emerged that she was having issues with her bail conditions.
D Banj was also quoted to have said he is having a delayed deal due to the rape case which has led to his team asking her to rescind the allegations.
Seyitan has however been released about 7pm.
